Shipping
All US orders $75 or more qualify for free shipping if orders are shipped within the Continental United States.
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. We usually ship within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. We check for orders daily and will endeavor to have your order on its way in the quickest possible time. When your order is shipped we will send you an email with the tracking number. Delivery times will vary depending upon the distance traveled and time of year. Most orders should reach their destination between 4 - 6 business days of being shipped. Most international orders are delivered within 10 to 25 business days after the order has been processed. If you become concerned about your order please send an email after a reasonable amount of time has passed and we will trace your order for you.
If you do not receive an order after delivery is due please check with your local post office. Take the tracking number to the local post office and check with them. You may also contact the U.S. Postal Service since it was tracked to your address via GPS devices used by them when entering the tracking number upon delivery. Contact them the day of or 36 hours after the order should have been delivered. To officially put them on notice and let them know that your package was never delivered providing them with the tracking number. Just dial 1-800-ASK-USPS or contact your local Post Office. This has to be done by you at the delivery address and they will start a Postal Investigation!
International Orders:
We do not offer free shipping to international destinations.
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
When ordering from us, you are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes by your country.
The recipient is the importer of records and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
RETURN
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we hope you love what you order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please contact us within 24-48 hours of package delivery. We will provide details on where to send your return. All returns must be received by Bahntu Factory no later than 10 business days from the date return address was issued. If received after 10 business days, all sales are final.
What You Need To Know Before Returning Your Order:
- Unfortunately, International orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Exchanges are only allowed for the same items purchased or something similar in appearance and same price.
- We do not issue refunds or exchanges on clearance items. All clearance sales are final.
- We will gladly issue refunds or exchanges on non-clearance items that are returned in their original packaging with the original tags still attached.
Once you try on or wear any item purchased, it is yours to keep. This policy helps to ensure all returned items are hygienic.
Please help us by only returning items that have not been worn or tried on.
Upon receiving your returned items, we will only exchange items in perfect condition.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
RETURNING ITEMS
At this time, we do not offer free or pre-paid return labels. You are solely responsible for the shipping costs of your return unless the item is being returned due to damaged, defective or incorrect (see below for details).
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return through a shipping carrier that allows you to track your return, and that you insure the package for the cost of the items being returned.
Please enclose a copy of the packing slip with your return.
Once your return is received and inspected by Bahntu Factory, we notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will do everything we can to process your return as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed from the time we receive it. Once processed, your new order will be shipped via USPS and an email will be sent with tracking information.
REFUNDS:
If eligible, your refund will be refunded to the original form of payment you used to make your purchase. The refunded amount will be issued for the purchase price of the item minus the non-refundable shipping fee.
We will email you a copy of your refund when it is issued.
Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT ITEMS:
If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not the correct item you ordered, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery. We will send you a free return label to return the package to us. Items must be received by Yah Yah Apparel no later than 10 business days from the date shipping label was issued. If received after 10 business days, all sales are final. No replacement merchandise will be shipped.
If an item you receive is defective or damaged, please email a clear photo of item showing damages, and we will be happy to exchange it for the same item. We do not issue refunds for damaged or defective items.
If your package was damaged in transit, you must notify the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing items damaged in transit. You must make a claim with the shipping carrier. Do not discard the damaged packaging in the event the carrier would like to inspect the box and contents.
